Returns

Is it possible to return an item?

Return Policy – 14 Days :

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when received — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.To initiate a return, please fill out the Returns & Refunds form. Our team will respond within 24 to 72 hours via email at support@pengubin.com.

 

⚠️ Important:

Items sent back without completing the return form will not be accepted under any circumstances, and no refund will be issued.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. All returned packages must include a valid tracking number. If a package is lost or fails to arrive, Pengubin is not liable, and the responsibility lies with the customer.

 

Damages & Issues :

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@pengubin.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges :

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the unwanted product and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

Refunds :

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@pengubin.com.

 

Refund Notice – Shipping Not Refunded :

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

In case of a return, only the product price will be refunded.

Shipping fees paid during the initial purchase will not be included in the refund.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us at info@pengubin.com.
If your order hasn’t been printed yet, we’ll gladly cancel it for you.
If the printing process has already started, we kindly ask you to wait for your package to arrive.
If you’re not fully satisfied, you can still return the product.

Our products are shipped from different fulfillment centers, depending on your location. Most orders are fulfilled from the EU, US, or the UK to ensure fast delivery.

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

Will I receive a tracking number once my order is shipped?

Yes! As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

This allows you to follow your package every step of the way.

What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?

Lost, stolen, or missing parcels

If your tracking link shows the order as delivered but you haven’t received anything, please:

  1. Visit your local post office, as your parcel may be stored there if delivery wasn’t possible.
  2. Check with your neighbors, in case someone accepted it on your behalf.

If your parcel was lost, stolen, or arrived damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they are marked as delivered.
